Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me. All personal information you share is treated with care and kept in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• I collect basic details such as your name, contact information, and relevant health information to provide counselling safely and effectively.
   
• All records are stored securely and are kept only for as long as necessary, in line with professional and legal requirements.
   
• What you share in counselling is confidential. I will only break confidentiality if:
   
  • you give consent for me to share information,
     
  • I am required to by law, or
     
  • I believe there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
     
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
